A 200 room hotel on the water adjacent to the Port de Peche in Djiboutiville will be the landmark building in a multi-million dollar development planned for the site.   Residential and recreational facilities are also included in the project which will be privately financed and owned.  The new development is intended to cater to the growing expatriate and business community.
